Outside
Norfolk Heights is an iconic Norfolk building, formally a Victorian Workhouse built in 1836 by John Browne and since then has been repurposed twice; in 1916 during World War One as an officers mess for Sedgeford airfield and more recently in 1989 when it was converted into housing.
On arrival, you are led to the rear of the building which features a large communal parking area, orchard and drying green. Access to the apartment is to the rear from the parking area.
All the communal areas including the gardens to the front of Norfolk Heights are available for residents to enjoy and are meticulously looked after by the residents association.
