The Property
3 White Horse Cottages is a charming traditional mid-terrace brick and flint cottage in the middle of the picturesque village of Hempstead.
The cottage would benefit from cosmetic and interior upgrading and offers well proportioned accommodation throughout with the ground floor comprising a kitchen and sitting room. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a family bathroom.
A pathway up to the front door leads into the generous sized sitting room with a fireplace, large enough for a dining table at one end and comfortable sofas at the other. The kitchen, off the sitting room looks out over the rear garden and has built-in units top and bottom, with a stainless steel sink and laminated worktops, with room for a fridge freezer. There is also a useful larder.
The staircase runs from the sitting room up to the landing above. Both bedrooms are doubles with windows overlooking the front garden. The bathroom overlooks the rear garden and fields beyond and has a bath, overhead shower, hand-wash basin and loo.
Outside
To the front of the house is a long south facing garden, which provides room for parking a car.
The rear garden is enclosed and leads out to the fields behind. The brick and flint outbuilding has potential (STP) and also provides useful storage for garden furniture.
Holiday Let Opportunity
